Troy Roberts is a member of Project OZMA. The players of both OZMA and Firewall teams regularly encounter Beta Forks of Troy which OZMA seems to use as skilled field soldier. An Alpha Fork of Troy has yet to be appear in game.
It is assumed that Alpha Troy is a skilled soldier able to work well with numerous weapons and explosives, experienced at sleeving into various morphs, and able to handle working with various forks of himself.

Beta Troy
Beta Troy retains much of Troy's Personality and combat skills but lacks any memories beyond combat related training. Forks are sometimes left or given additional information for a mission.
Associates
Beta Forks of Troy have been used by the OZMA team, having been sleeved into various bodies and worked with various weapons.
Red is nearly always encountered with a force of Troys.
Claudia Ambelina has clearly had interactions with Troy(s) before and was able to recognize them while they were sleeved as Hypercorp executives in Extropia Shuffle.
