- A clan of ninja assassins in the 1996 juncture. They've also been known to do kidnappings and espionage, if the price is right (and it's generally quite high).
- Encountered in X Marks the Spot - High Society where they attempted to kidnap Philip Chow.
- Originally led by a master ninja named Dark Mist, who died at the hands of Jin Chow in High Society.
- Currently led by Swirling Ash Tornado, who has a vendetta against Leroy Long, although he is suspected to be dead.
- Have a secret stronghold in the mountains north of Hong Kong, buried in a volcanic cavern, as seen in Quest for the Golden Funkchuk. While the cavern was uncovered, the stronghold was only damaged, not destroyed.
