Briefing
Action!
Scene 1: Out of the Freezer and in to the Fire
The most recent attempt to find a Netherworld gate to 1996 results in our heroes trapping themselves in a freezer in the back of The Chow House. Short negotiations with the owner, Henry Chow, result in an agreement: the Silver Dragons can use his freezer if they'll help his brother, Philip Chow with some problems he seems to have gotten himself in to as well as taking his daughter, Jin Chow with them before she breaks another teapot.
Once outside, our heroes are set upon by ninjas.
Scene 2: Rubbing Shoulders
In order to get in to the party Philip Chow is attending that evenings, our heroes need a way in. Jin Chow gets her uncle to bring her as his plus one. While Ross Martini chats up the local rich widows to find one with a taste for British gentlemen, Leroy Long talks his way in to one of the bands playing that night by shoveling a little dirt on their singer. Meanwhile, the Carson City Kid does it the easy way: by jumping the wall.
Encountered at the party: Sheriff Puttin, who makes threats at the Carson City Kid and talks about how he "got what he came for", a bunch of not so tame ornamental peacocks, and an overheard conversation where it's revealed there's something worth stealing in a vault in the basement. Martini and the Carson City Kid make a play for the map while Leroy creates a disco distraction at the party. Jin is busy trying to save her uncle.
Scene 3: Ninjas on the Peak
The Obsidian Ninja return in an effort to kidnap Philip Chow. Big fight, in which Jin has to defend her uncle against a room full of ninjas. The fight is taken outside where Jin takes on the ninjas' leader, who employs a sword that cuts with the wind. After taunting Jin they engage in a battle during which he dies. Leroy Long meanwhile takes on his second in command, Swirling Ash Tornado, who uses his flaming belt whip to create rings of fire, torrents of smoke and flaming lashes. After getting entangled in desperate fight Swirling Ash Tornado attempts to escape on the skids of one of their auto helicopters. Leroy gives persuit and manages to grab on the fleeing ninja and after a brief struggle Swirling Ash Tornado goes off the cliff with one of Leroy's Golden Funkchucks and Leroy lands on the edge holding Swirling Ash Tornado's flaming belt whip...and his pants. The battle culminates in a romp down the side of Victoria Peak riding a runaway tram car.
