In the 1990's Seattle Rapper Sir Mix A Lot set up a record label called Nasty Mix Records. By the mid 2000's it was pretty much defunct but had spawned several new acts, most of whic were originally members of Mix A Lot's Emerald City Posse, called the ECP. In 2058 wannabe ganger and aspiring rapper Nikos Papadopolous, better known by the moniker Blingius Maximus (Quote Mike St. Pierre: the SUV belongs to an individual of either Greek or Roman descent) discovers a crate of bootleg Tape Cassettes and some fake Louis Vuitton bags in a burned out swap meet in the Redmond Barrens. Blingius begins a career of remaking forgotten raps songs from pre crash of '29 acts now largely forgotten. Blingius refers to his crew as the New Emerald City Posse.
In recent events the ECP has recorded a new hit single "Suitcase Fulla Guns n' Money" which seems to have them on someone's hit list until Donald Hawkins, Cat & Chu Lung investigate and broker a deal for the other contents of the suitcase.
